Maybe this whole episode is another one of dejay's attempts to stir the board up during a period of relative inactivity.
Or maybe it's just the work of a watersports-loving John Norman fan (as in the Gor series of fantasies where all the humiliated & enslaved women find that that treatment is what really turns them on).
