Well Burstin... Not sure if you're serious here or not, but maybe the answers aren't so obvious to one who hasn't wet themselves before, although I'm surprised the desire hasn't struck you before you reached age 20. Supressed desires maybe... and never quiete had the nerve? Now that.. I can wholeheartedly understand. I've just recently discovered myself, that wetting myself is an okay thing to do, and it makes it sooo much more gratifying and exciting.
Do the obvious Burstin, to fill up your bladder.. lots of water, beer (oops.. did I say that?), coffee's a big bladder filler upper, or other caffeine products. Just fill 'er up! And hold it! Do whatever it takes to do that. Hold yourself, cross your legs, etc. And when you think you can't last a second longer... let it g.... nah.. on second thought.. hold it some more. Play this cruel game with yourself till you really, really can't hold it any longer. Then the technique's is up to you. Whether you make it last, or make it fast.. enjoy the moment. And the carpet? If you can avoid pissing on the carpet, do so, but if not.. well then... protect it. I don't know what position you're planning for your first time.. standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting.. whatever you decide (please do consider the splash factor), a plastic garbage bag and towels are popular, and practical, tools of the wetting community. What you're wearing makes a difference too as far as absorption goes. So, go for it Burstin.. and enjoy! Be sure and tell us about that first experience.
