I'm as perplexed as you. Splash's explanation sounds possible, but I can't think of any woman who would find a man's holding her pee hole more effective than holding it herself.
Perhaps her full bladder while sitting next to a man she didn't know, but to whom she had formed an attachment, made her very arounsed; when she knew she was going to flood herself she used your hand to increase her pleasure (amazingly bold, if true). Do you think it at all possible that she was extremely aroused while you hand was between her legs (your attention was probably on your surprise and your own state of arousal).
