For me it's a very sexual thing, and so very deliberate wetting, in clothes in an envoirment that can then be used for full sex is what I like.
Dressing to do the act is all part of the dream.
Start off dry, and then pee yourslef fully, a real "gullywasher" then maybe soak your clothes futher in water, a bath or shower, or the like, prior to sex, preferably still with most of your wet clothes on.
