For me, it is seeing a pretty girl in a desperate situation which ultimately results in her wetting her panties which turns me on! For me also, having a girl deliberately waiting until she is desperate when we are alone together is much more relaxing. THe embarassment of a public wetting does not usually make her interested in intimate contact!
FOr me, a desperate girls is such a turn on because she is being forced to acknowledge that something is happening in her genital area whihc is forcing her to pay attention to it! Normally, a girl would be somewhat reluctant to drwing attention to those private parts of her body. But, as desperation grows her movements focus her and others attention on that area, especially as she starts to squirm around, prance around, and finally clutch herself as she feels she is loosing control. By then it is obvious to all who are watching that all her attention and resolve is being focussed on her genital areas, and very soon something is going to happen that essentially makes her naked in that regard - everyone can see when she wets her panties!
