I empty it if it is so full that I know I will be in danger of wetting myself during sex. I do not empty it if I know I can make it during the act. The times I have had sex with quite a full bladder, but within the limit so I could make it without wetting, were the best times in bed. I guess it would be geat to have a bladder so full that I would be in danger of loosing it. It is uncomfortable to be so full that I can't sit still - then I can't relax either. I have to be able to relax during sex, or it is not very good. It is not like I never wet myself until I start wigglig and fidgeting. If I do not use my hands, or wiggle or dance when I have to pee, I will always pee myself much earlier. My bladder doesn't have to be that full for me to pee myself - just using my muscles to hold it, doesn't work very long. When you see a woman using her hands or wiggling, it is because if she didn't, she would pee herself. If I use my hands and wiggle, I can hold myself much longer than if I don't. But it is not very comfortable at that point. The feeling of holding it is best before it gets to the wiggling point to me.
I always empty my bladder right after sex, because I easily get urinary tract (bladder) infections (I am not sure about the right terminology in Englsh here), and have to be careful to prevent them. Peeing after sex is a way to prevent that. If I emptied it before sex, I also empty it after sex, although it is only a few drops. When I get an infection, usually because I forgot to empty my bladder after sex, it is like loosing all control over your bladder. I have to pee all the time, and it hurts a lot. Especially when emptying myself and trying to hold it, the pain is bad. One time I lost the feelings of the bladder and how full it was - the whole area around it was hurting so bad I just felt numb everywhere, and I peed a little in my pants all the time, was constantly wet, and did not know when I should go to the bathroom. After a short time (half a day)on medicine I got the feelings back. I felt like a baby unable to control myself.
