A couple weeks ago, I posted a lucky sighting at a nearby convenience store/gas station. That one was a young male urinating by his truck (NOT an accident).
Just the other night, another sighting happened at the same shop.
This time, I was with my hub, and he got out to fill the tank, wash the windows...all that.
No one else seemed to be at the pumps or in the store at the time, but there was a woman directly ahead of me, at the end of the pavement, using the phone.
What caught my eye was the fidgeting she was doing. It was incredible!
First, let me describe her a bit. She was a bit taller than average, and appeared to be of average weight and build. She had long (nearly waist length) dark hair. She was wearing denim jeans and a denim jacket that fell only to her waist. I don't know her age, as she never turned around, somewhere from 20-50!
When I began to watch, I noticed her legs firmly pressed together, but she was twisting from side to side. Shortly after, she bend over a bit but bobbed right back up. Then she started a really interesting maneuver: With her legs clamped together at the thighs, she stepped back with her left foot and began to bounce it on the ball of the foot. After a few bounces, she used the same foot to make a few quick steps back and forth, while still remaining in the stationery position. The she did the bouncy bit again and switched feet, repeating the whole process.
She started a second round of bounce-and-step, and was now bent over at the waist a bit.
Well, now my hub had gone into the shop, so I figured we'd be gone before anything happened. WRONG!
Almost as soon as my hub went into the shop, "Antsy Nancy" hung up the phone and stepped slowly to her car. I don't think she could see me in the car. It was only semi-light where she was parked (as opposed to fully light at the phone), so what followed was a bit harder to see.
I noticed her having a bit of trouble with the lock, probably because she was using only her right hand. Her left hand was clamped firmly to her crotch. Because of her squirming and wriggling, she lost her grip on the keys and they fell to the ground. She bend to pick them up...from the waist, with her left hand still hanging onto her crotch in a vise grip. I guess the damn broke then, because suddenly she squatted and pulled her hand away from her crotch. At this point, she was still back to me, facing her car, with both hands now propped on the door. As I said, it was a bit dark and her jeans were also dark, so I couldn't really see any wetness.
After a few seconds (20 or 30?) she reached down for the keys, got into the vehicle without further incident and drove off.
When my hub finally got out of the shop, we drove by the area where she'd been....yup! Puddle city!
You can bet I'll be getting ALL my gas at this station now.
