I can only speak for myself, a full fledged panty wetter, but I use the Poise pads, Serenity guards and other like products. I use them OVER my panties so that I can be wet & warm but not be obvious to the masses. Their use does not guarantee that I won't have a "pee-out" and end up showing, thus creating one of your ever elusive "sightings". I have been using them for years now. They are not a new idea or product.
