Well every toddler had to be taught by their parents that pee & poop were not meant for playing games with so there is a potential for everyone to unlearn this. In the case of most of those on this board it seems likely that it was incompletely repressed anyway: we've just continued to find that peeing gives us pleasure. I know that my own fascination was present all through my childhood, initially with my own pee, then through the blissful discovery of how the other sex do theirs. It shows no sign of waning after 41 years.
