Yes, I've often noticed how being a break down in the final set with their opponent about to serve will cause an apparently spontaneous urge to pee in many players! I remember just such a case at Wimbledon a few years back involving Megan Miller (a great British tennis hopeful: she was from Florida!) As per the rules a linesperson (female) had to accompany her from the court through the tigtly pressing crowds to the nearest toilet block, then stand outside the door to make sure she wasn't receiving any coaching.
Obviously this toilet-break rule is open to abuse unless the player concerned be required to produce evidence that the break was really necessary (Dodge is fantasising again at this point!).
