Seems San Francisco had a 6 or 8 hour blackout today. Ouch. Use your imaginations, folks. As cnn.com said:
"About 50 high-rises had elevators with unknown numbers of people trapped inside, and firefighters worked with elevator companies to get them out, Fire Department inspector Kaan Chin said."
