I don't know if it really worked or not. One of my main reasons for doing so was so my pants would soak up more pee - otherwise, it would have all ran down one leg, and that wouldn't have been much fun. I tried pointing my penis up or down, so it would be in the middle of my pants, but the pressure & rubbing from walking was only giving me an erection, and we all know how hard it is to pee like that. I didn't want to physically cut-off access from my bladder to my pants, for fear of breaking something inside.
I think crossing my legs may have helped a little, but only for a few seconds. It definitely wasn't like a female, where I could pinch something by crossing them, thus giving me the ability to hold it longer.
