Danilion leaves would be a good start. Being natural it's a safer bet then any drug (which you should stay away from). Also Danilions are knows as "wet the bed" and "piss the bed" so it should give you an idea of how they work.
I have yet to try them, but I want to check out a health food/natural food store and pick some up. I'd think I'd chop them up and make a tea from them. When I finally get around to doing this, I'll let everyone know how it worked.
