O yes you can! At least I can, exactly like Convert says in his very arousing posting. I get the same effect i.e. desperation, then an erection, with a high feeling of arousal. Eventually the desperation takes control and I end up having a session of piss spurting pleasure from my erect penis. Usually this ends up in ejaculation, either aided by my hand or sometimes without manual intervention. My favourite piss fun shorts are plain unlined nylon. They feel great as I am soaking them and even better when I am coming in them!
