I'm a woman and can get quite a distance. Especially if I'm absolutly bursting to let go. I often go out into my backyard onto the path , sit down leaning back spreading my lips apart with the one hand the other propping me up and let it go. I've made over nearly 3 meters before. I guess it really depends on how the womans built. Some when they're really bursting dont gush, but just a steady stream for ages. I really gush. :) Anyhoo hope this answers
