Welcome. Here's something that happens to a few males (but probably not females). When a bladder gets really stretched, the stretched muscles can't squeeze well after it's mostly empty. The last few ml have very little pressure behind them. If the urethra has a slight blockage, the last few ml don't get past. That leftover pee comes out a few min later when the guy changes position.
In my case (resulting from an urethra infection when I was 19), I have to push on the part of my urethra just behind my testicles. That pushes out the leftover pee.
I once saw a small-town talk-show host have this sort of accident 3 seconds before live studio. The camera men had to provide head-and-shoulders shots and way-off-to-the-side long shots to cover.
