Good on you! Bugger the bastard!
Drill some holes 1/4" holes in the walls, just big enough to piss through.
Then just squirt a little toothpaste into the hole to seal it. Yes, toothpaste. It will dry hard and white like plaster.
The bastard will NEVER get the smell out from INSIDE the walls!
