Ok crossing my legs only works for a while but if I'm really desperate I just sit with my thighs sqeeezed really hard together and just hang on and pray that I'm not going to leak in my panties. This has happened to me in meetings before.I haven't always been successful!.
If I hold myself it does help although as does jiggling in the spot as well, for some reason. In fact if I hold myself and cross my legs that works best of all!
