My techniques are:
Loosen pants or skirt.
Bend forward slightly. Squeeze sphincter very tightly and hold for a few seconds. Relax for a few moments, then repeat.
Use muscles to reverse pee - suck in instead of pushing out.
Squeeze thighs together.
Press hand into crotch.
When all else fails, plug the opening with a finger so that nothing can come out.
