Like "A Guy" below, I've never had a real accident but have always had a panty fetish and enjoyed seeing a gal soak and/or load her undies.
In kindergarten (age 4 and 5), I would often lay face-up on the carpeting. The other kids would often walk past or over me, allowing me to see up the skirts of the girls (all of them wore skirts.dresses back then!). I would often see wet or skid-marked panties.
In the first grade (age 6 or so), we were all sitting on the carpet and the teacher was reading us a story. The gal in front of me was sitting on her heels and seemed to be wiggling a bit. When were were done with the story and the girl in front of me got up, the was a nice little pile of poop on the carpet where she had been sitting.
That, sadly, was the last time I have ever seen any wet or pooped lady's panties. (Not including my own kids, of course, but I don't even remember any of those!)
I did wet the bed once when I was 7 or 8 years old, but never had a problem with it.
