Since pooping/peeing our pants is almost constantly on our minds we would assume that a long time in the bathroom with those circumstances would mean only one thing. But if you don't actively think about our fetish, there's less of a reason to assume that someone has wet/messed their pants. We see any signs and hope for the best but not everyone feels the same. It's sexier to think that you could have just been found out which also adds to the thrill of doing something so taboo, so as long as you're careful and don't give anyone a reason to feel otherwise you should be fine. If you want to do it in public I would suggest going somewhere where you don't know anyone. I've done that in a city about 45 minutes from me and didn't get caught by anyone that would matter.
