I know what you felt, because that sounds a little like me one time, only in my case, there was little noise to warn me, and by the time she was in the bathroom, she might have actually seen me looking at my bulge in the mirror. I never did know - I raced into a stall, and nothing more was ever said about it.
I would tend to think that what you have is a very concerned and caring work-mate. I really doubt that it was anything else. Remember, that the poop odor could mean is that there might have been an accident, but that would never indicate that the accident was intentional. She was probably in earnest regarding her concern for you. If you were perhaps in tears, that would have been easily recognized, and she might have even wanted to help you clean up from a 'rhea accident - not because she liked it, but because she is a kind person.
As for Kevin's suggestion: I doubt I could ever say that, even from inside the stall. Now, if you ever do that... ... no, I still can't imagine anyone that would do that. Kevin, would YOU ever do that if you had a big bulge in your pants, and a co-worker walked in? I expect that many here recognize that most business bathrooms are not co-ed.
Oh, and Kevin (I'm gonna get on my teaching block for a moment - but not to criticize), you should look your word up in the dictionary - it does not exist. There is no such word (at least according to Webster) as "idear" - the correct word is idea. Yes, I know, in some parts of the country it is actually pronounced that way, although I can't for the life of me figure out why. And yes, I recognize the tendency to try to spell words the way they are pronounced (my hubby does that sometimes). Lots of people mix the usage of "than" and "then", and frequently "there", "their", and "they're". Yes, we can sometimes read 'through' the printed words to the meaning behind them, but sometimes it just makes things difficult.
