The ever-present FACT is the all people are different, to generalize, or hypothosize why they might be into something is to be naive, why ask why when we can just enjoy it. The only reason we think it's 'most disgusting' is because that's the way we of the modern world are taught, that excreting waste is dirty and somehow underneath us as humans. Some cultures have very different views of feces. I'm also not sure that Coprophilia is the most accurate term for PANTY-pooping, what if it's the joy of degradation or humiliation, or perhaps even regression. Those have nothing to do with the poop itself. I like the idea of dropping a nice load in panties, but I'm not sure if i'd enjoy playing with bare feces. I would definitely say ours is a more RARE fetish and am glad that this board can bring us together moreso than without it. anyway, those are my 2 cents.
