You can't? Is it a technical problem? That would be strange. I just tried it out again, and everything seems to work fine. The handful of people who have already made posts didn't seem to have problem posting new messages either. Are you sure you're doing everything right?
1) Make sure you're logged in to the board.
2) Select a subcategory, such as "Pics of girls pooping".
3) Once you're inside the appropriate subcategory, press the "New Topic" button to the upper right.
