Yes, I do it in a non-sexual manner. I started at age 9 because I wanted to be a baby and wear diapers. I didn't have any, so I started pooping in my pants, and to a much lesser degree wetting them. After a while, I realized I was pooping my pants just because I liked doing it, it was more convienient and I started to become lazy. I knew I was going to get spanked when mom caught me "again", but that never stopped me. Throughout my teen and into middle age, I had a sexual reaction. Now I'm in my 60s and the sexual aspect has waned as you say. I do still get off sometimes when I've filled my pants (or a diaper), but that is much the exception. Now I'm back more to where I was as a 9 year old. I like doing it in my pants, it's definitely more convienient than rushing to the potty sometimes, and I'm just lazy (always have been). Like one of the other posters, I do get a rush from being naughty in public. It's still not sexual, just the feeling of shame and embarrassment I experienced when I had a few accidents as a kid.
