Relaxation, stress relief, and just plain comfort are big with me. But the sexual element is always there and it will never go away. The mind is the primary sex organ, and those of us who are stuck with a fetish (or two, hehe) know this better than anyone!
The times I haven't gotten off after doing it have not been too numerous.
