Fruit is good, but you need a solid foundation too, I suggest lots of cereal. Get one of those variety packs with lots of little boxes, so you can combine corn flakes with bran, and something with oats, like Cheerios.
Combine that with plenty of apples and you'll poop like a cute little girl pony.
