It was the spring of 1980, Zappa's tour for the "Joe's Garage" and "Sheik Yerbouti" albums. End of the show, people were filing out of the arena. This 20-ish blonde, nice figure, light blue jeans, with a huge brown stain on the seat. There was no doubt that she'd had a major diarrhea accident. You could even see the point on top where the mess followed the contours of her butt.
There were hundreds of people around at the time, so of course she was noticed. I followed her a bit across the street, where she sat down on a wooden bench for a moment. She and her friends then went into an underground garage.
Thing is, this girl did not seem to be embarrassed at all! She was chatting with her friends as if nothing unusual had happened, as if it was perfectly normal for a grown woman to have a dark brown poop stain on her pants.

Now, Zappa was a bit of a freak, and so were many of his rabid fans. It's possible that the blonde messed herself on purpose for the occasion...hell, she may even have been a panty-poop fetishist.
Another tidbit: on Zappa's album, "Tinseltown Rebellion," there's a monologue where Zappa asks the women in the audience to pass their underwear up to the stage. He mentions Chicago, where they received "the very famous Voodoo Butter Underpants...the pants that nearly broke [keyboard player] Tommy Mars' neck. As soon as he took a whiff of those, his head went back THIS FAR, and he was heard to mutter 'Jeezus'."
Also note that Zappa had a song called "The Illinois Enema Bandit" (it's on the "Zappa in New York" album)...
