I don't think you can call pantypooping a sick fetish unless you don't participate in it yourself. Pedophiles find children sexually attractive just in the same way I find women attractive. I don't only find women attractive if they poop their pants, its just a particular kink that I follow. I am in to 'vanilla' sex too and I, like most poopers, don't consider pooping a problem and I'm not harming anyone or their children.
There are probably far more people who find children attractive than actually rape, abuse or look at pictures of them. Child abusers/ child porn viewers etc have a problem where they cannot control their urges, which is why they make the news. Just because a man rapes an adult women doesn't mean all hetrosexual males are potential rapists. A pedophile who breaks the law and looks at child porn, even though he can be easily detected and imprisoned, obviously cannot control his urges and could be a danger to kids. He is also knowingly giving money to child abusers.
Adult porn is widely accepted (and I don't care what the Obscene publications act 1959 says in Britain) and models have a choice about appearing in it. There are plenty of jobs other than porn modeling. Kids have no choice.
