Actually it usually doesn't fall out of the suit. The first part of the load comes out a dew inches and then it hits the skirt and more or less stops. The next grunts make the load form a warm ball in my but crack pressed tigtly against the skirt lining. Enough of the wet sticky poo squishes out around the somewhat drier initial poop to provide good adhesion with the skirt material. And if the poo is large enough it is packed into the skirt tightly enough that it won't drop out. If I think it might I rub my hand over my bum to squish it more firmly into the skirt lining.
Cleanup really isn't too bad. When I remove my skirt I give it a few good shakes over a newspaper so the bulk of the load drops out. Skirt linings are a rayon type fabric which tends to be a bit slippery so not too much is left sticking. Then I hang the skirt up to dry overnight. The next day I vigorously flex the areas of the skirt that have the hardened dried load and it just flakes off leaving a slight dusty brown stain. Then I'm all set to go again. I have three suits that I reserve for my loading adventures.
