I am sometimes but I've gotten better. I have shit in a public restroom before with other people in their who were shitting but not at the urinals. The only thing that made me a little uncomfotable is farting while I was shitting...others could hear it. I wait till the place is empty to leave..... It sucks, because once I got sick at college and ended up having diarrhea, I ended up shitting even if somebody was in there. I am still not comfortable with it though.
