Does anyone have problems from holding their poop too long?
Do any of you have lower intestinal pains from holding it too long, or from pushing too hard?
I think I have done this too long. I get pains that last for a while if I push too hard. Even sometimes in the middle of the night they come on and last for about an hour. It is like spmeone is ramming a broomstick up my but. Ok, I know, some of you probably think that sounds like fun, but it's not.
I don't mean to be negative about this activity, but I am looking for some help.
Anyone admit to any of this?
How about any ohter problems that may come up? Any remedies?
