Try carrying and extra set of clothing and a towell of some sort -a must for someone into pooping or peeing in the car. At least an extra pair of panties, and be careful not to mess your skirt up. I would slip my panties off before getting out of the car, that'a a little tricky, and grab the extra pair of panties and go into work.
Just go for the bathroom first, and if you have a small towell along, take that along in and do a quick wash in the sink. Lock the door and make it quick. I often do quick wash jobs sitting on the sink and using my soiled panties (having washed them off first), as a wash cloth for my bottom. ThenI dry off with the towel, and on with the freah apnties, and off to work or where ever.
Don't give it up just for this. Be creative! Find a way to make it work!
