If cheese and Greasy foods dont do it for you, try doing lots of running and exercise. Daily or every other day, it is very good for you. And I understand, because you are absorbing more of the moisture (wetness) from what you injest, your poop will be firmer.
also, chocolate NEVER made my poop firmer... in fact it usually has the opposite effect on me.
