Please Dr. Cardely, I can't wait to to the text of your lawsuit! A cause of action based on what? That people think you are an idiot? When you go to court then you will have to show that you are in fact not an idiot, and with your spelling record, that will be a hard sell. You might have to defend "yurself".
Tell you what "doctor", why don't you show some proof of who you are, since none of us can find it. After all if you want to sue for slander there must be some material threat to your professional reputation and to recover money you must prove that there have been financial damages.
I want to see you on the witness stand saying "these fetishists think I'm a fake". Then you will be asked to produce your research and your credentials, and if I were the defense I would ask why you chose to spend so much time on a fetish website when you could be seeing patients.
So, first install spellcheck on your computer then hire some shlock lawyer who must be desperate enough to take your case. I can't help but laugh when I think who's going to be your expert witness-how do you find another doctor that spells that bad?
Notice that Cardely finally makes some reference to God; this I predicted, because this is his hidden agenda. God probably happy there's only 3 letters in His name otherwise Cardely could not spell it.
Even assuming there were health problems with pantspooping, you should notice that we don't recruit. You either into it or you're not. So there is no public health threat here. If you were to get 10 drunks of the road you would save more lives than if nobody on Earth ever pooped their pants after the age of 2.
Finally, the inept spelling and obvious lack of medical knowledge aside, your entire behavior has not been consistent with that of a doctor. You have been condemning and now hostile, but never charitable or giving the sense that you want to help anyone. And doctors have to deal every day who have all kinds of lifestyles, and most doctors know it is not there place to tell other their opinion of how they live.
Why don't you be honest about who you are and why you're here? You'll actually have more respect.
