Obviously this guy is just having a little fun.
Nonetheless, I can't avoid pointing out that "crib death," or SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) as it is more commonly known these days, is caused by a number of different factors of which skin contact with feces is NOT one. There are some dangers with that, of course, but SIDS is not one.
Babies die from SIDS due to the inability to get enough oxygen into their blood which is why new mothers are taught to lay the child on his/her back rather than stomach in order to aid clear breathing.
