All we can hope for is that this is the final warning and maybe then you'll shut up. If poop bacteria can seep through the skin as easily as you suggest, then poop in the large intestine (before it goes into pants or pot) should be deadly. Of course, this is not the case, and poop bacteria don't go through normal skin, don't cause disease and with 6 billion colons running around the planet you'd expect more problems than we have.
The person who identifies himself as a doctor is most likely a phony. If he was that worried about pants pooping as a public health issue then he should give his references and his office number so that concerned individuals can talk to him directly.
Before "Dr." Cardely gets so upset about a relatively rare fetish as the cause of premature aging and death(mechanism please) perhaps he should examine the effects of smoking, alcohol, skydiving and other high risk behaviors. More than likely it will turn out that the risk of any poop fetish is miniscule (did I spell that right Dr. Cardely?) compared to the above.
I suspect that this person is lonely, has a hidden religious agenda, and may be a fetishist of one kind or another himself, but may dislike himself for it and play out his feelings with this silly game.
