I have been doing this regularly since I was 9 years old. I am 44 now and in perfect health. I cant understand why someone who is so uninterested is reading all these stories to begin with. If he wasnt a regular reader in the first place, he wouldnt know the names of the people that post regularly and he wouldnt know what their letters even say if he wasnt reading them. Weird, huh?
