Yesterday (Thursday) I had a really embarrassing accident. I was shopping in my local Waitrose store. I bent over to pick up some washing powder. I felt the urge to pass wind. I tried to hold it but it was too strong and I farted. Only I didn't just fart; I pooped my self. A rather soft and mussy poop. I abandoned my shopping and went to the ladies. I cleaned myself as best I could. Fortunately my panties had taken all the poop and anyway I was wearing a pair of black trousers. I had to wrap my panties in toilet paper and throw them in a bin. I quickly left the shop and drove home.
I'm 32 and I haven't pooped myself since I was in nappies, although I sometimes wet myself, usually after drinking too much. My pooping accident upset me so much that I wet my bed last night.
Tonight I'm taking no chances and wearing an adult nappy.
