The best way I know kinda relates to when you were sick. Just wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. I sometimes wait as long as 3, sometime 4 days before I poop the next time. When you do that, you are almost certain to have a big load inside, and at some point, you will have difficulty keeping it in. :-))
For my part, I tried diapers a few years ago, but decided they were just too much trouble... and too bulky... so I stopped using them. Now, after waiting 3 or 4 days, I just leave my panties on, and just relax and let something happen. When it does, I usually have a really BIG load.
