If a person could be "Poisened" by their own feces, everyone would be dead. The intestine is an absorbant tract, and is in communication with the blood stream. Bacteria are too large to pass through blood vessle or membrane walls, whether those blood vessels are in the colon, or on the skin. And medically speaking, the digestive system is NOT considered an internal organ at all (Believe it or not), but an external organ. It's "Open" at both ends, which excludes it as a properly internal organ/s. Bacteria from the gut CAN (however) cause problems if it gets into the vagina, or bladder (Which is an internal organ). I'd suggest that women involved in this practice, insert a tampoon before hand, and when finished, shower and wash well BEFORE removing it. And I'm no doctor, but I'm ten times the doctor that the idiot who posted this nonsense is. Were it true, babies in diapers would be dying left and right. Duh. Oh, and for God sakes, if it's SOMEONE ELSES, be VERY careful.
