I don't like trashing people and I know it is counterproductive for the board, BUT intelligent readers will recognise that the above post is bullshit. So this is for the benefit of anyone here dumb enough to believe the above "doctor".
In the first place, his story is not to be believed. In the second place, his explanation is even less plausible. Thirdly, his attempt at medical jargon is pathetic. And fourthly, he doesn't write well enough for someone with a doctor's academic background.
In general, I am not one of those people who gets het up over whether posters' stories are genuine or fake, or even a joke (as long as they're not too offensive). Even when offensive, I usually think silence is the most effective response. But this is not a story, it is supposedly "medical advice". I doubt anyone here is gullible enough to fall for this one, but it may be worth pointing out that we have an imposter here.
Besides, I don't think this kind of joke is funny.
I am not a medical doctor, just an educated reader. Perhaps there is one out there who would like to back me up?
Think about it: all those parents murdering their babies by putting them into nappies, letting them be fatally poisoned by their own poop in contact with their skin. All over the world...
