how to poop panties well?

i would like to know, how i can make what i fill my panties with nice and firm. That's the way i like it and when firm,they don't smell or stain (cleaning up is a chore). Are there any tips people can give me, aside from holding it for about 3 days (to extract water) cos i cant do that, 2 max. Any tips. Thanks
