I went to high school with a black girl who had bowel problems and messed herself in class several times a week. No real story there - she'd suddenly get up from her desk and whisper to the assistant teacher, then leave the room. When she came back, if she sat down in her seat VERY slowly, we knew she didn't make it.
At a different school, I met a black student who was borderline incontinent: if she could get to a toilet within 5 minutes she was okay. When she was going to be away from the potty for a while, she wore two of the old flat Pampers inside her panties, just in case. I know this because "just in case" happened one day while we were riding a public bus home, and she heavily pooped the Pampers. My place was closer than hers, and she wanted to get that load off of her ASAP, so she went to my house to clean up. I had the dubious pleasure of disposing of those nasty diapers.
