Probably the way to do it is to split the site into two, with varying subcategories each. On one side would be the extreme (for piss drinking, shit eating/smearing, etc); while the other would be tame (simple panty pooping/pissing, casual talking, story trading). That would help avoid retard trolls from either side snapping at each other because "Oh, you're not into this, you're a faggot! durrrrr ddurrr!"
Of course, moderators such as myself (seriously I can help :D) would keep out the bad seeds (meaning the ones who are only there to cause trouble).
A possible lay could be like this:
~Extreme Board:
*Hardcore scat & Watersports
*BDSM fetish play
*Video and picture gallery
~Soft Board:
*Plain Panty pooping/pissing
*Softcore scat/watersports - EFRO as it's called.
*Video and picture gallery (since it'd be related to that category's content).
Story board:
Much like Nyoufiction, stories would be labeled for easy identification and rated (the highest being for the most hardcore, nasty stuff).
An interactive/round-robin for anyone who wishes to make a roleplay or original, on-going story without having to contact others.
Personal and Chat board:
Pretty self explanitory, members could post what kind of people they want to meet.
It certainly will be a daunting task to keep order of such a possibly huge site, but the payoff would be worth it to have a more active community, free of the flame wars and spam this site has unfortunately become known for.
