Yes.
Usually I am in full control and practice my fetish only when I feel like it and will not get caught, as for example at home alone, but there are at least two times when my fetish instincts overpowered my common sense.
Once I was on a crowded "chicken bus" in a Third World country. It was so crowded that even the women had to stand up; there were no more seats. I had to "go" really bad. I knew that if I gritted my teeth, and held my sphincter tightly, I could probably make it to my destination in the city. But then my fetish instinct started to churn inside of me. I looked at all those stoic peasant faces, those long-suffering campesinos with their expressionless gaze, and I knew that no one would say anything or do anything if I just let go.
So I did.
On another occasion, I was driving through town to meet a new date for lunch. I had to poop really bad, so I was driving fast,trying to get to the restaurant and its bathroom. I was apparently driving a bit too fast, and got pulled over by a cop. I apologized for speeding and told him it was because I really needed a bathroom. A weird look came into his eyes, and as he started to examine my driver's license and registration, he was taking it so damn slow that I knew, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that he was hoping I would have an accident.
At first I was annoyed at him for trying to control me like that, but then my "fetish slut" persona took over, overwhelmed my common sense, and I just did the deed.
The cop got turned on, but needless to say I never went to the restaurant for my lunch date. I had to drive home and call the restaurant. They asked my date to dome to the phone and I had to explain what happened. He never asked me out again.
