Thanks for the input so far. I've read all your posts. The envisioned site is planned to have everything you've mentioned. It's intended to have a modern approach to the way people interact and get their hormones flowing.
Regarding message boards, it's obvious that these are important items for nearly everyone who's answered here, and I can probably, safely extrapolate that to include people who are into other fetishes, too. Groups and forums will be user-created, so if a group doesn't exist, you can make one and invite other people.
I'm personally pretty frustrated with the way other sites let you do searches, so a high-priority item for me will be letting people search on more than just a few boring multiple-choice items. You'll be able to do very rich, deep searches that drill down into profile keywords, personal info, personal descriptions, and even what someone else has searched for (e.g.: if you've searched for latex pants before, and then I search for the same thing, you'll show up in my search results).
Someone mentioned that a few sites became inactive or stale. I surely hope that doesn't happen in this case. The intent is to create a large community (tens of thousands and hopefully way beyond) of all sorts of people with different tastes and desires. I mean, without a large population, there'd be no way to support the hosting costs; it'd turn into a large debt. So a large user base supports the site and myself financially while finally giving me a site to use that actually works, is fast, and gives me more ways to interact and find people who are into this. Like a digital Manhattan for fetishes.
