I have to say that what you've said certainly sets alarm bells ringing in my mind. For what it's worth I certainly wouldn't encourage your friend's wife in any way. At the end of the day it's your call but my advice would be to try and find an alternative place to stay as soon as possible. What your friend's wife is doing may be harmless on one level but she clearly has issues revolving around you and your underwear and you have to be alert to the fact that it could escalate into a dangerous situation if you're not careful.
