Sounds interesting. I hate to say it, but this site is indeed dead or just about. While I haven't been frequenting for the longest time, I have seen it over a number of years and can tell that wetsets message board has never been all that good. Like 4chan's /b/, it been stagnating for some time. Either you have trolls pretending to be potential friends online, only to ridicule you. Or idiots who are so paranoid they feel compelled to shoot down anyone who so much as claims to be "X age/gender/etc" just because of alleged "ISPs" and whatnot.
The biggest thing, is structure. The site needs to offer both a fun and welcoming place for anyone with a fetish. Be it straing poop fetish, pissing, wetting, messing, etc; they need to fee like they'll be welcome and find similar people in no time. Of course, it would be wise to have a membership, if only to keep trolls from spamming with a zillion fake posts, and hopefully encourange people to be honest about their age and sex. Granted, that doesn't mean they need to do credit shit or post pictures, just apply some info that they're of legal age and all that.
For features, I'd say include a photo gallery. And obviously categorys for each type of pic. Like pantypoop and panty pissing. But also some normal stuff like just ordinary panties and stuff like that. A video section would be nice, as I'm sure many of us would like to find a free and reasonable place like netporn, sans the pop-ups and glitchy video player.
I hope this does work out, as it seems that most places (extremeboards, and bathroomhabits to name a few) have pretty much become too quiet and lack that social structure that's essential. Hell, nyou3 (and it's sister fiction site) seem to be the only like minded places with a scratch of reasonable community nowadays.
