Although many people have VERY specific turn-ons as regards this fetish, they still break down into a few basic categories, and it would be quite easy to have a bulletin board for separate categories.
1) Perhaps the most common -- guys who just like to see women do it in their pants.
2) Then there are the guys who get off on doing it themselves. I think this deserves a special category for one reason -- some people get VERY annoyed with what is called "male content," to the point where many posts on this board specify whether or not there is such content in the post.
3) Though many people enjoy both diapers and doing it in their pants, there is sometimes a very different philosophy. Those who are seriously into diapers or Adult Baby material often have different associations about the act. The diaper folk and ABs may have feelings of warmth, nurturing, the innocence of childhood and so on, while the guy who likes to see women fill their pants basically just has a big hard-on because he thinks she's sexy.
4) Finally, there's the scat play, smearing, eating, and so on. This can be considered a different fetish altogether, though certainly there are many people who cross boundaries. All the same, these "extreme" practices are sometimes offensive even to those who like regular, good old pooping. I can't remember how many times I've seen my Susan with her underwear fully loaded, but never once have I had any desire to "smear" or indulge in any other kind of "extreme" play.
5) Finally, there are the links to videos, youtubes, etc. If you have seen the wetter's board lately, you will know that this is driving a lot of folks really nuts. Those who like stories and sharing experiences get annoyed when a post turns out to be just one more youtube link, while those who are interested only in downloading visuals frequently rage at storytellers and those who share ideas -- just because they're different. Better to keep them separate.
